Johnny Morales and Angelica Larson are protected under the following California statutes against discriminatory and retaliatory housing practices:

AFFIDAVIT OF DISCRIMINATION AND DEFAMATION
Case Reference: MAN-CV-LUDR-2025-01394 Date: January 14, 2026 We, Johnny Albert Morales and Angelica Larson, declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California: 1. We are the lawful tenants in possession of the premises located at 16118 Adobe Way, Lathrop, CA 95330. 2. Our landlord, Yogeeta Prasad, initiated an unlawful detainer case (MAN-CV-LUDR-2025-01394) which the Court subsequently determined to be void. 3. Despite the void ruling, the landlord has continued a pattern of selective avoidance, mistreatment, and defamation of character against us. 4. The current Notice to Vacate scheduled for January 21, 2026, is based on a defective writ containing a different case number than the judgment, violating CCP §712.010. 5. We have filed a formal complaint with the California Civil Rights Department (CRD) as of December 31, 2025.
