This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Future Octave Records, LLC and our official website www.futureoctaverecords.biz.
Digital Products
All digital products — including music downloads, digital files, licenses, educational materials, and any electronically delivered content — are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will ensure you receive a working download or replacement file.
Physical Products (if applicable)
Physical merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable physical items include:
- Opened CDs, vinyl, or media
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or final-sale items
Return Process
To request a return (physical items only):

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
